My name is Denise Gardner. I have been in the IT field since 2005. I am a Computer Support Specialist with an associates of applied science degree. I also have a Bachelor of science in Information Technology.

I have acquired more than three and a half years of progressive experience. My professional history includes positions such as Technical Support at Macon State College. I also have experience as a System Support Specialist for Middle Georgia State College. 

I am a sincere, loyal and dedicated individual who has a great ambition. I also have intrinsic knowledge of the workings of modern computing, business, multimedia equipment, and an awareness of changing trends regarding such equipment. Additionally, I am a System Support Specialist, skilled at resolving complex customer service issues in a timely manner. Correspondingly I do my best to make sure each individual is satisfied with their computers. 

 

The purpose of this company is to help others who are having difficulties with their computer. This company will provide you with a free detailed analysis for any issues as well as give you a free quote for repair costs. We also do upgrades such as changing your Operating System from Windows 7 to Windows 8 or Microsoft Office 2010 to Microsoft Office 2013. I also build custom computers for each individual. This ranges from gaming computers to basic computers. For all you apple users I can improve your MACs as well. For my laptop users this includes you also. My company also works on printers as well.

  • Diagnose system failures to isolate source of problems between equipment, system software, and application.

  • Install and troubleshoot copy machine, fax, and printers.

  • Migrate users profile to new system, replacing older system and assure the user has all features and programs required to resume work.

  • Evaluate and recommend commercially available hardware and software whenever possible. Plan, test, evaluate, and install, equipment to include commercially available hardware and software. 

  • Staying abreast of the current IT climate in an effort to serve as an accessible source of relevant information and advice.

  • Displayed courtesy and strong interpersonal skills with all customer interactions.
